Carolina Curtain Call
white Christmas, October 2016
“This show is a nostalgic ode to the days when musicals were so common that the players would use any excuse to fall in love, break into song and wear exquisite costumes like those designed by Jessica Snyder and feature colors from the film, period silhouettes, and painstaking artistry. It took a team of several dozen students to make them.”

A Doll’s house, April 2016
“But most impressive in the production design are Jessica Snyder’s exquisite costumes which are meticulously-constructed, from fine gentlemen’s attire to Nora’s white dress with cascading rows of various black lace trim and Christine’s final ensemble — which elicited several whispers of commendation from the audience — a stunning beige number with gold vertical stripes and a flared bottom.”

Me and my girl, november 2016
“Not to be confused with “For Me and My Gal,” the 1942 Busby Berkeley movie musical with Judy Garland and Gene Kelly (in his screen debut), “Me and My Girl” is definitely cut from the same silk, or in this case Jessica Snyder’s lavish and stunning costumes that encompass sparkly and feathery ball gowns to black and whites for the servants and the band of Cockneys, to dapper 1930s beige and tan sportswear for tennis and croquet. Bravo, Ms. Snyder!”
